Hello everyone, I just turned 50 and I’ve been dealing with some signs of PTSD. It’s been a tough road, but I’ve been seeking help and working on healing. I’m finding that talking to others who have been through similar experiences is really helping me to not feel so alone. I’ve also been incorporating mindfulness exercises into my daily routine, and it’s been making a big difference.
