Finding healing after post traumatic after birth

Dealing with post traumatic after birth has been an incredibly tough experience for me. It’s not something that I would wish upon anyone. But I’ve come to realize that it’s okay to seek help and support. I’ve found comfort in reaching out to others who have gone through similar experiences and it’s been a relief to know that I’m not alone. Through therapy and self-care practices, I’ve been able to make progress in my healing journey. It’s not easy, and there are still tough days, but I’m learning to be patient with myself and celebrate even the smallest victories. If you’re struggling with post traumatic after birth, know that there is hope and help available. You don’t have to go through this alone.
