What you eat could be key to improving your mental health, scientists say

I recently read an article about how gut health can be linked to mental health, and it really resonated with me. For years I have struggled with anxiety and depression, and after reading this article I’m starting to think that my gut health could be playing a role in it. It’s amazing to think that something as simple as eating probiotic foods and taking supplements might be able to help me with my mental health. I’m definitely going to give it a shot.
