Greetings everyone, as a 48-year-old man, I never thought I would be dealing with understanding eating disorders. But here I am, trying to educate myself and support my loved one who is struggling with anorexia. It has been a challenging and eye-opening experience, but I am determined to learn as much as I can about this topic. I want to be a source of strength and understanding for my loved one, and I believe that knowledge is the first step. It’s important for all of us to educate ourselves about mental health issues like eating disorders, so that we can provide the necessary support and kindness to those who are suffering.
