I never thought that excessive yawning could be related to anxiety, but here I am, dealing with both. It’s been really tough to manage the constant yawning, and it’s even harder to explain to others that it’s not just because I’m tired. Along with this, my anxiety has been through the roof. It’s affecting my work, relationships, and overall well-being. I’m hoping to find some support and tips on how to cope with both of these issues.
