I’ve been struggling with my food and body image for a while now, and I’ve decided it’s time to address it more seriously. I feel like I’m in a really stuck place in my relationship with food and I want to find a way to get unstuck. I’m hoping that seeking help from a dietitian might be the answer. I know this won’t be an easy process but I’m ready to take that first step. Grateful for any advice or resources anyone can point me towards!
