Seeking advice on binge eating disorder

I’m feeling overwhelmed and in need of some advice. I’ve been dealing with binge eating disorder for a while now, and I feel like I’m not sure what direction I should be going to get help. It’s hard to even get through the day without obsessing about food, so it’s really taking a toll on my mental health. Do any of you have experience dealing with this issue? How did you cope with it? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
