Rising Above the Darkness

I’ve been struggling with depression and anger for a while now, and it’s been incredibly tough to deal with. It feels like a constant battle just to find a sliver of light amidst the darkness. But I’ve started to realize that I have the strength to rise above these feelings. I’m reaching out for support and seeking help because I know I deserve to feel happy and at peace. It’s not easy, but I’m taking small steps every day to get better. I have hope that things will improve, and I’m determined to keep fighting. To anyone else struggling out there, know that you’re not alone. There are people who care about you and want to help. Together, we can rise above the darkness and find the happiness we deserve.
