Regaining Control: Overcoming Gaming Disorder at 54

Hello everyone, I just wanted to share my story and hopefully connect with others who may be going through something similar. I’ve struggled with gaming disorder for quite some time now, and I know firsthand how difficult it can be to break free from its grip. But I also want to encourage anyone out there who may feel hopeless or stuck in the cycle of addiction. It’s never too late to make a change and start taking back control of your life. I’ve found support and resources through this nonprofit that have been incredibly helpful in my journey towards recovery. I’m taking small steps every day to find healthier ways to cope and manage my emotions, and I’m starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. So to anyone who may be struggling, please know that you’re not alone, and there is hope for a better, healthier future.
