Reclaiming My Inner Peace

As a 53-year-old woman, I have been on a rollercoaster of emotions due to the mental illness caused by trauma. It has been a long and challenging road, but I am determined to reclaim my inner peace. Through therapy and the support of my loved ones, I am slowly finding the strength to confront my past and heal from the inside out. I have learned that it’s okay to not be okay, and that seeking help is not a sign of weakness, but of courage.
