Rebuilding after NAMI trauma

I never thought I would be able to move forward after experiencing NAMI trauma, but I am slowly learning to rebuild myself. It’s been a challenging road, but I’ve found support through therapy and connecting with others who have gone through similar experiences. I’ve come to realize that healing is not linear, and it’s okay to have setbacks. I’ve also learned the importance of self-care and allowing myself to feel and process my emotions. While there are still difficult days, I’m hopeful for the future and the progress I’ve made. If anyone else is going through something similar, just know that it’s possible to find hope and healing, even in the midst of overwhelming pain.
