Overcoming the obstacles of NDIS for my PTSD

Navigating the NDIS process for my PTSD has been quite challenging, but I’ve learned to stay persistent and advocate for the support I need. It can be overwhelming at times, but I’ve found strength in connecting with others who are also going through similar experiences. I’ve learned to take small steps and celebrate each small victory along the way. It’s important to remember that it’s okay to ask for help and that there are people and organizations out there willing to support us. Don’t give up hope, and remember that your mental health is worth fighting for. Together, we can overcome the obstacles and create a better future for ourselves.
