As a 23-year-old man dealing with dsm iii PTSD, I understand just how difficult it can be to navigate everyday life. The constant fear and anxiety can be overwhelming at times, but I want to share with you all that there is hope. Through therapy and medication, I have been able to find coping mechanisms that work for me. It’s not easy, and there are definitely good days and bad days, but it’s a process. I’ve also found a supportive community through this nonprofit organization, and that has made a world of difference. If you’re struggling, please know that you’re not alone and that there is support and help out there for you. Take the first step and reach out - it can truly make all the difference in your journey towards healing.
