I’ve found myself falling into the trap of constantly watching TED Talks, hoping to gain some insight or inspiration. But lately, I’ve realized that it’s become more of a crutch than a source of empowerment. It’s been affecting my mental health, as I find myself comparing my life to the speakers and feeling inadequate. I know I need to find a balance and limit my consumption, but it’s been a struggle. I’m hoping to connect with others who have faced similar challenges and find some support and guidance in overcoming this addiction. I believe that through sharing our experiences, we can help each other heal and grow. So here I am, taking the first step towards breaking this cycle and reclaiming my mental well-being.
