Overcoming Ted Talk Addiction for Better Mental Health

As a 53-year-old woman, I have found myself getting caught up in watching Ted Talks for hours on end. While they are inspiring and educational, I have come to recognize that this habit is taking a toll on my mental health. It’s important to find a balance and make time for self-care, whether it’s through meditation, exercise, or simply taking a break from screens. I’ve also started seeking out support from others who understand what I’m going through. It’s a process, but I’m committed to making changes for the better. If anyone else is struggling with this, know that you’re not alone and it’s okay to ask for help. We can work through this together.
