As a 19-year-old man, I have found myself struggling with an addiction to watching Ted Talks. While they can be informative and inspiring, I have noticed that it has negatively impacted my mental health. I feel anxious and overwhelmed, constantly comparing myself to the people in the talks. I have started to isolate myself, preferring to immerse myself in these talks rather than interact with others. I know that this is not a healthy coping mechanism, and I want to overcome this addiction and improve my mental health.
