Hello everyone, I’ve been dealing with stress eating for a while now, and it’s really taking a toll on my mental and physical health. I find myself turning to food whenever I feel anxious or overwhelmed, and it’s become a constant struggle. I’ve tried different methods to cope with my stress, but nothing seems to stick. I know I need to make a change, but it’s hard to break free from this pattern.
