As a 30-year-old man, I never realized how much stress could affect my mental health until recently. It’s been a constant battle trying to balance work, family, and personal life, and the toll it has taken on my mental well-being is undeniable. I’ve experienced anxiety, insomnia, and even bouts of depression. However, through therapy, exercise, and a strong support system, I’ve been able to slowly overcome these challenges. It’s important for all of us, especially men, to recognize the impact of stress on our mental health and seek help when needed.
