Overcoming Stigma Stress

As a 36-year-old man, I have been dealing with the weight of stigma stress for so long. It’s not easy to talk about mental health struggles, especially as a man in our society. But I have come to realize that it’s okay to seek help and to share my experiences. I have started to surround myself with supportive and understanding people, and that has made a world of difference. I want to encourage others in similar situations to know that it’s okay to ask for help, and it’s okay to talk about your feelings. We can overcome the stigma and live healthy, fulfilling lives. There is no shame in seeking support and taking care of our mental health. Let’s break the silence and support each other through this journey.
