Overcoming Sleep Eating

Dealing with sleep eating has been a big struggle for me. I’ve tried so many different things to try and overcome it, but it just feels like a never-ending battle. I’ve felt ashamed and embarrassed about my sleep eating, and it’s taken a toll on my mental health. But I’m determined to find a solution and take back control of my life. I’ve started therapy and have been learning more about my triggers and how to manage them. It’s definitely a work in progress, but I’m hopeful that I can eventually overcome this. I know I’m not alone in this, and I’m grateful for the support and resources available to help me through this. I’m staying positive and taking each day as it comes, and I know that with time and effort, I can overcome sleep eating and live a healthier, happier life.
