Overcoming Sleep Eating Disorder

I’ve struggled with sleep eating disorder for years, and it’s been a lonely and exhausting battle. It’s been hard to talk about, and even harder to find resources specifically tailored to this issue. But I’m determined to overcome it. I’ve started therapy and have been learning coping mechanisms to manage my symptoms. I want to encourage anyone else struggling with this, no matter how isolated or hopeless it may feel, that there is always hope and support available. It’s never too late to seek help and take steps towards healing. We can do this together.
