Overcoming PTSD Triggers

Hello everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with managing PTSD triggers at the age of 49 as a woman. It hasn’t been easy, but I have found a few coping mechanisms that have really helped me. Whether it’s deep breathing exercises, seeking professional therapy, or finding a creative outlet, I’ve learned that it’s important to find what works for me personally. I want to encourage anyone else who may be struggling with PTSD triggers to know that it’s okay to ask for help and to take the time to focus on self-care.
