Overcoming Passive Compulsive Behavior

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with passive compulsive disorder and how I’ve been working to overcome it. For years, I struggled with feeling like I had no control over my compulsions and it began to take a toll on my mental health. But I’ve made progress by seeking help from a therapist and joining a support group. It’s been a challenging journey, but I’ve learned so much about myself and have found ways to manage my compulsions in a healthy way. I want to encourage anyone else struggling with this disorder to reach out for support and know that it is possible to find peace and control. Don’t be afraid to ask for help and know that you’re not alone in this.
