Hello everyone, I’ve been dealing with panic attacks while driving for a while now and it’s been really tough. I feel like I’m losing control and it’s scary. I’ve tried deep breathing techniques and listening to calming music, but I still struggle with this fear. I’m really hoping to find some support and advice from others who may have gone through the same thing. It’s been a challenge, but I’m determined to overcome this and get back to feeling confident behind the wheel. Any tips or success stories would be greatly appreciated.
