Hi everyone, I’m an 18-year-old woman who has been struggling with panic attacks during my sleep. It’s been really tough trying to deal with the fear and anxiety that comes with it, especially when I wake up in the middle of the night feeling like I can’t breathe. I’ve been trying some relaxation techniques and deep breathing exercises before bed, and they seem to help a bit. However, I’d love to hear from others who have gone through similar experiences and how they’ve managed to overcome it.
