I’ve been struggling with OCD, specifically related to my breathing, for years now. It’s been a constant battle, but I’ve recently found some relief through practicing breathing techniques. It’s amazing how something as simple as focusing on my breath can help calm my mind and reduce my anxiety. I just wanted to share this with anyone else who may be going through something similar. It’s important to remember that there is hope and there are ways to find relief, even if it feels impossible at times.
