I’ve struggled for years with obsessive thoughts about food and eating. It’s been exhausting and overwhelming, but I’m finally starting to find some relief. I’ve been working with a therapist and using tools like mindfulness and exposure therapy to gradually face my fears and regain control over my thoughts. It’s been an incredibly challenging process, but I’m starting to see progress and that gives me hope.
