Overcoming Obsessive Worrying

I am a 21-year-old man and I have been dealing with obsessive worrying disorder for a while now. It’s been a real struggle, but I’ve been working on finding ways to cope and manage my anxiety. One thing that has really helped me is talking to a therapist and learning different relaxation techniques. I’ve also found that exercise and mindfulness practices have made a big difference in my mental well-being. It’s not easy, and there are still tough days, but I’ve come a long way and I have hope for the future. I just want to encourage others who are dealing with similar issues to seek help and not give up. There is light at the end of the tunnel, and with the right support and tools, it is possible to lead a fulfilling life despite the challenges of obsessive worrying.
