As a 53-year-old woman dealing with nocturnal eating disorder, I have struggled in silence for too long. The shame and guilt that comes with this disorder can be overwhelming, but I refuse to let it define me. I have started seeking help and have found a supportive community that understands what I’m going through. It’s been a difficult road, but I am working on finding healthier coping mechanisms and breaking the cycle of late-night binging. I want to encourage others who may be facing similar struggles to reach out for help and not suffer in silence. Together, we can overcome this challenge and take back control of our mental and physical well-being. Remember, you are not alone in this fight.
