Overcoming my food intake disorder

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with overcoming my food intake disorder. It hasn’t been easy, but I’ve really been making progress lately. I’ve been working with a therapist and a nutritionist to develop healthier habits and coping mechanisms. I’ve also found a great support system in my friends and family, which has been crucial in my recovery. It’s been a tough road, but I’m starting to feel more confident and in control of my relationship with food. I just wanted to encourage anyone else who might be struggling with similar issues to seek help and know that recovery is possible. Stay strong, everyone!
