Overcoming my fear of snakes

As a 53-year-old man, I’ve been struggling with a fear of snakes for as long as I can remember. It has affected my life in so many ways, from avoiding certain outdoor activities to feeling anxious whenever I see a snake on TV. Despite this fear, I’m determined to overcome it and live a life free from this phobia. I’ve started seeking professional help and have been making progress through exposure therapy and cognitive-behavioral techniques. I’m sharing my story here to encourage anyone else dealing with a similar fear to not give up hope. It’s never too late to seek help and work towards overcoming our fears.
