As a 31-year-old man, I never thought I would be struggling with restrictive food intake disorder. It has been a tough road, but I am learning to overcome this challenge and take back control of my health. It’s not easy, but I have found support and understanding through the mental health nonprofit community. It’s important to remember that I am not alone in this struggle and that there is hope for recovery. I am committed to working through this and finding a healthy balance in my relationship with food. I encourage others who are dealing with similar issues to seek help and know that it is possible to overcome restrictive food intake disorder. We can do this together.
