Overcoming my battle with healthy food addiction

Hello everyone, I just wanted to share my story of struggling with healthy food addiction for so many years. It’s been a difficult road, but I’ve finally started to make progress. It’s been a constant battle to resist the urge to overindulge in ‘healthy’ foods, but I’ve found that seeking support from others and finding healthy coping mechanisms has really helped. I’ve also learned to focus on the root of my addiction and address it head-on. I know it’s not easy, but I want to encourage anyone else going through the same struggle to keep fighting. It’s possible to overcome this and find a healthier balance. I’m just taking it one step at a time, and I believe that anyone else can do the same. Let’s support each other in this journey to healthier habits.
