Hello everyone, I have been struggling with medical trauma PTSD after a serious accident a few years ago. The physical injuries have healed, but the emotional scars are still very real. I have been working with a therapist and support group to manage my symptoms, and it has been incredibly helpful. I have learned coping strategies and relaxation techniques that have made a big difference. It’s been a long and difficult road, but I can see progress and improvement.
