Overcoming Food Binge Struggles

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my struggles with food bingeing and the steps I’m taking to overcome it. For years, I’ve used food as a way to cope with stress and emotions, and it has taken a toll on my physical and mental health. But I’ve recently started seeking help and therapy, and it has made a world of difference. I’ve started practicing mindful eating and seeking support from friends and family. It’s not easy, but I’m taking it one day at a time. I just want to encourage anyone else dealing with food bingeing that it’s okay to ask for help and that it’s possible to make positive changes. We’re in this together, and we can support each other on our journey to better mental and physical health.
