Overcoming fear of losing someone

Dealing with the fear of losing someone has been an ongoing struggle for me. It’s hard to explain to others, but the thought of losing someone close to me fills me with intense anxiety and dread. It can be paralyzing at times, and I often feel helpless to control these feelings. However, I’ve been working on finding ways to cope with this phobia. Seeking out therapy and support groups has been a huge help in understanding and managing my fears. I’ve also been practicing mindfulness and meditation to help calm my mind when these thoughts arise. While it’s a daily battle, I’m hopeful that with time and effort, I can learn to manage and overcome this fear.
