Overcoming Early Onset PTSD

Hello everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with early onset PTSD and how I have been working towards overcoming it. It has been a difficult road, but through therapy, support from loved ones, and finding healthy coping mechanisms, I have seen improvement in my symptoms. It’s never easy to talk about these things, but I want others to know that it’s possible to find relief and live a fulfilling life.
