I wanted to share my experience with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for depression. I was skeptical at first, but it has truly been life-changing. CBT has helped me identify and challenge negative thought patterns, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. It’s not easy, and some days are still really tough, but I can see the progress I’ve made. I want to encourage anyone who is considering CBT to give it a try. It’s not a quick fix, but it’s worth the effort. My therapist has been incredibly supportive and has helped me every step of the way. I still have a ways to go, but I finally have hope for the future. If anyone has questions about CBT or just needs someone to talk to, I’m here. We can get through this together.
