Overcoming Compulsive Jealousy

Dealing with compulsive jealousy disorder has been a constant struggle, but I refuse to let it define me. I have found solace in therapy and support groups, where I can openly discuss my feelings without judgment. It’s not easy, but I have learned to recognize my triggers and practice mindfulness to control my thoughts. I have also found comfort in focusing on self-love and building my own confidence. It’s a daily battle, but I am committed to overcoming this and living a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
