Hello everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with compulsive eating and how I have been working to overcome it. It has been a long and difficult road, but I have found hope in each day. I’ve struggled with feelings of guilt and shame, but I’ve also found the strength to seek help and support. Through therapy and mindfulness practices, I am learning to understand and address the root causes of my compulsive eating. I have also found solace in connecting with others who have similar struggles. It’s not easy, but each day I choose to focus on small victories and positive changes. I want to encourage anyone else struggling with compulsive eating to reach out for help and know that they are not alone. Together, we can find hope and healing.
