Overcoming Chewing and Spitting Disorder

I’ve been struggling with chewing and spitting disorder for a while now, and it’s been really tough. But I’ve finally made the decision to seek help and take control of my life. It’s scary and overwhelming, but I know I can do it. I’m determined to overcome this and learn healthy coping mechanisms. I know I’m not alone in this, and I want to encourage anyone else going through the same thing to reach out for help. We can get through this together, and there is hope for a brighter future.
