Overcoming Burnout Depression

Feeling overwhelmed and exhausted from burnout depression is such a daily struggle. As a 34-year-old woman, I feel like I am carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders and it’s taking a toll on my mental health. It’s so hard to find the energy and motivation to keep going, but I know I can’t give up. I’ve been trying to prioritize self-care, setting boundaries, and seeking professional help.
