Overcoming Binge Eating Challenges

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share my struggles with binge eating at the age of 48. It’s been tough dealing with this issue, especially when it happens once a week. I often feel guilty and ashamed afterward. However, I’ve been seeking help and am determined to overcome this challenge. I’ve been incorporating healthier eating habits and finding new ways to cope with stress and emotions. I know I’m not alone in this, and I’m hoping to connect with others who have similar experiences. Let’s support each other on this journey towards better mental and physical health.
