Overcoming Anxiety After Drinking

As a 32-year-old man, I have struggled with anxiety after drinking for some time now. It’s been a tough road, but I’ve finally found some strategies that have helped me cope. A big part of it has been finding healthy alternatives to alcohol, such as exercise or spending time with loved ones. I’ve also found therapy to be incredibly useful in understanding the root of my anxiety and finding ways to address it. It’s been a difficult journey, but I refuse to let anxiety control my life. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can encourage others to seek help and find healthy ways to cope with their own struggles.
