Overcoming Anorexia at 51

I’ve learned that seeking help and talking about my struggles is not a sign of weakness, but rather a step towards healing. With the support of my loved ones and the right treatment, I am slowly gaining a healthier mindset towards food and my body. I’ve realized that recovery is possible at any age, and I refuse to let this illness define me. To anyone out there struggling with similar issues, please know that you are not alone.
