As a 35-year-old man, I’ve struggled with addiction and mental health issues for a long time. It’s been a tough road, but I’ve finally reached a point where I’m ready to make a change. I’ve sought help and have started therapy, and I can already feel the difference it’s making in my life. It’s not easy, and there are definitely still hard days, but I’m determined to overcome my addiction and regain my mental health. I know I’m not alone in this struggle, and I want to encourage anyone else going through a similar situation to reach out for help.
