Navigating Work Stress Without Losing Yourself

Hi everyone, I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed lately with the stress at work, and I could use some advice. I’m 39 and I feel like the pressure is really starting to get to me. I’ve been having trouble concentrating and just can’t seem to switch off from work even when I’m at home. I’ve tried a few things like meditation and exercise, but nothing seems to really help. Are there any techniques or strategies that have worked for you when dealing with work stress? I want to be able to cope better and not let it affect my mental wellbeing.
