As a 25-year-old woman, I have been experiencing both physiological and psychological effects of stress. From constant headaches and fatigue to feeling overwhelmed and anxious, it’s been a challenging time for me. However, I refuse to let stress take over my life. I have been working on finding balance through exercise, mindfulness, and seeking support from my loved ones. It’s not easy, but I believe that with the right tools and support, I can overcome this. I want to encourage others who may be going through something similar to not give up. You are not alone, and there are resources available to help you manage and cope with the effects of stress.
