Hello everyone, I’m a 23-year-old woman who has been struggling with sensorimotor OCD symptoms for some time now. It’s been really tough to deal with the constant intrusive thoughts and the overwhelming need to perform certain rituals to alleviate my anxiety. I’ve tried therapy and medication, but it’s still a daily battle. I often feel like no one understands what I’m going through. However, I’m grateful to have found this community where I can share my experiences and hopefully find some support and encouragement. I want to stay positive and keep pushing forward, but some days are just so hard. If anyone else is going through something similar, I’d love to hear your coping mechanisms and how you stay hopeful.
