I’ve struggled with OCD and intrusive thoughts for several years now, and I’ve found that it can be incredibly isolating. It’s not easy, and there are going to be really tough days, but finding the right treatment and coping mechanisms can make all the difference. Remember that seeking help is not a sign of weakness, but a brave and proactive step towards healing.
